The web is full of free resources for teaching preschool at home. Sorting through pages and pages of activities can become overwhelming. How do you know which activity to choose and when to do it? Will your child like it? Is it developmentally appropriate? Is there something better out there? Are you doing enough? Too much?

It is possible to use free resources online as long as you know what activities to do and in what order. I spent a year sorting through all the possible free activities and ideas online, searching for the best of the best. Then, I sorted them into themes and put them into a research based scope and sequence. I created a weekly teaching plan and every single activity comes from a free resource online.
